What should my athlete bring to Training Day?
1‑hour session. Bring water, and make sure your athlete arrives in gym‑ready athletic clothes and tennis shoes. Registration is required in advance and space is limited. A parent or guardian must stay on site during the session.
What ages do you train?
Group programs are organized in two bands: Youth (Grades 4–7) and High School Performance (Grades 8–12). College athletes train with us through one-on-one sessions and group packages. Group programs start in 4th grade; for younger athletes, talk to Coach T.
Does my child need prior training or sports experience?
No prior training experience is required. Our coaching meets each athlete where they are and emphasizes fundamentals, discipline and long-term athletic development.
Is training safe for young athletes?
Safety is a top priority. Sessions are structured and supervised by Grind House Sports staff, with proper technique and progression to help reduce injury risk while supporting healthy athletic growth.
