What your athlete develops

Why strength & conditioning matters

Our unlimited program uses smart progression, quality movement, and evidence‑based training to build strength, speed, power, and durability — so athletes can train hard, stay healthy, and compete with confidence.

Strength and conditioning is more than lifting — it’s moving with purpose, generating power efficiently, and protecting the body through every phase of sport. Our structured program builds performance, mobility, and durability so athletes can train hard, stay healthy, and compete with confidence.

Using evidence‑based methods, athletes develop the strength, mobility, and movement quality needed for long‑term success.

Questions

Good to know

More answers on the Packages page, or contact us.

Is there a commitment?

Group plans (Youth Training, Strength & Conditioning, and small, large and combo packages) are a 12-month agreement, billed monthly, or you can pay the year up front and save 15%. Plans can’t be canceled early; after month 12, cancel with 30 days’ written notice. One-on-one sessions are pay as you go. The free Training Day has no obligation. See our Terms & Conditions.

How do sessions work each month?

Your sessions reset every 30 days based on your purchase date, not the 1st of the month. Unused sessions expire at the end of your cycle and don’t roll over. You book sessions in the Grind House Sports app.

Is training safe for young athletes?

Safety is a top priority. Sessions are structured and supervised by Grind House Sports staff, with proper technique and progression to help reduce injury risk while supporting healthy athletic growth.

What if we miss a session?

Sessions reset every 30 days from your purchase date and don’t roll over. Missed sessions aren’t guaranteed to be made up, so we help families commit to a consistent schedule.
